Thomson Reuters seeks a Director, Partner Solutions Architect for Legal to lead architecture for partner-delivered workflows. You will design reference architectures, guide technical due diligence, and work with product and sales to translate capabilities into sellable solutions.

This role requires 12+ years in architecture, leadership experience, and expertise with APIs, cloud platforms, and compliant handling of legal data. Base pay is disclosed in US ranges.

Formación

• 12+ years in solutions architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting; 5+ years leading enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing integrations with partner APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise data systems.
• Experience designing AI/ML enabled solutions, including retrieval, model integration, and evaluation.
• Track record translating designs into commercial offerings with Product, Sales, and Partnerships.
• Experience leading and developing a team of technical professionals, coaching and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance for confidential client and legal data.

Responsabilidades

• Define reference architecture for partner-delivered legal solutions including integration patterns and data flows.
• Translate partner capabilities and customer workflows into scoped, buildable designs.
• Review and approve technical designs for partner offerings before commitments to customers.
• Lead technical discovery and solution workshops with prospective customers in law firms and legal departments.
• Design proofs of concept and pilots demonstrating partner-integrated offerings with early customers.
• Support Sales with technical positioning, objections handling, and solution proposals.
