Guidehouse seeks an experienced Director to lead its AI & Data practice within Energy Providers in the US. You will drive business growth, build trusted relationships with utility clients and partners, and lead strategic AI and data engagements while developing a high-performing team.

You will work across utility functions and Guidehouse capabilities to identify opportunities where AI, data, analytics, and emerging tech address critical needs and deliver measurable value.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, utilities, technology, AI, data, or analytics with senior leadership.
• Proven success originating and winning complex AI, data, or analytics opportunities.
• Strong utility industry knowledge and executive engagement across tech and operations.
• Experience leading AI, data, analytics engagements from strategy to implementation.
• Deep understanding of modern AI/data ecosystems including governance.

Responsabilidades

• Grow AI, data, and analytics services across Energy Providers and build executive relationships.
• Shape client needs into AI strategy, data strategy/governance, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Lead pursuits from initial conversations to proposals, captures, and contracts.
• Translate business challenges into practical AI/data roadmaps and implementations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and scale differentiated offerings and accelerators.
