Guidehouse is seeking a Director to lead the AI & Data practice within Energy Providers in Boulder, CO. You will drive business growth, build trusted relationships with utility clients and partners, and lead strategic AI engagements while shaping a high-performing team.

You will oversee delivery quality, translate challenges into practical data strategies, and foster capabilities across data platforms, governance, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in engineering, data science, computer science, information systems, business, economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, utilities, technology, AI, data, or analytics with senior leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record winning complex AI, data, analytics, or technology opportunities.
• Strong utility industry knowledge and ability to engage with executives across functions.

• Drive growth of AI, data, and analytics services across Energy Providers, building relationships with utility leaders.
• Lead strategic AI, data, and analytics engagements ensuring delivery quality and outcomes.
