Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a strategic client-facing sales or account management roles.
• 8+ years of experience reviewing or analyzing data.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall strategy, growth, and health of a portfolio of Capital One Ads’ tier one agency relationships.
• Develop differentiated partnership strategies based on each agency's business model, structure, and objectives.
• Identify and develop incremental revenue opportunities beyond the traditional negotiation cycle.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior agency executives across account management, measurement/analytics, marketing, events and leadership.
• Maintain understanding of agency priorities, investment strategies, competitive dynamics, and trends.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Capital One Ads to address partner needs and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales leadership to translate centralized strategies into client-level opportunities and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to measure partnership health and identify risks needing leadership intervention.
