Job summary

CHCI seeks a 340B Program Director to lead compliance, policy implementation, and program optimization across CHCI and contracted pharmacies. You will coordinate with medical leadership, finance, operations, and legal to ensure full 340B program integrity and regulatory adherence.

The role requires deep knowledge of HRSA/OPA rules, HRSA recertification, and collaboration with external vendors and TPAs to maximize program benefits for patients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a FQHC 340B program.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 340B University Training required, Apexus Certifications preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems, eCW preferred.
• Demonstrated team leadership in 340B environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CHCI’s compliance expert on 340B program details, policies and procedures.
• Lead CHCI’s 340B oversight committee with leadership, pharmacy, compliance, legal and finance.
• Monitor 340B regulations and ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable requirements.
• Develop and maintain internal relationships with Medical, Finance, Operations and Legal.
• Provide training and education for staff and keep processes efficient.
