Job summary

National General Holdings Corp. is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling, and maintaining a strong book of customers. The role includes local lead generation and community involvement.

You will sell to local customers in person and by phone, build relationships with dealerships and partners, and work with leadership on sales and local marketing initiatives. Base pay is $20/hour with uncapped incentives and Day 1 benefits.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing (preferred) or must attain licensure within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local leads.
• Develop relationships with dealerships, events, and local partners.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing.
