The role involves local in-person and phone-based sales, networking with dealerships and events, and a strong emphasis on customer experience. You will manage a productive pipeline, pursue referrals, and stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 0- 2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
