KOMPAN U.S. is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to promote and sell playground and outdoor fitness equipment across the region. This role involves generating demand and building client relationships, targeting projects valued from $10K to over $1M.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a college degree. This position offers a competitive compensation plan, including base salary and uncapped commissions, along with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Experience in long sales cycles and solution selling preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of managing a CRM system preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills required.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and project-management capabilities needed.
• High degree of integrity and professionalism expected.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote KOMPAN playground and fitness equipment.
• Prospect, network, and build a pipeline through activity-based sales.
• Leverage the CRM by targeting market segments.
• Create product awareness and demand through presentations.
• Prepare sales quotations and designs with assistance.
• Ensure quality communication with customers throughout the sales process.
