KOMPAN Inc Americas is looking for a Direct Sales Representative to promote and sell playground and fitness equipment within the region. This role is critical in creating demand and building relationships, focusing on projects valued from $10K to $1M+.

The ideal candidate will have experience in long sales cycles, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage CRM systems effectively. The position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in long sales cycles and solution selling preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of managing a CRM system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote KOMPAN playground and fitness equipment to industry targets.
• Prospect, network, and build a pipeline through activity-based sales.
• Leverage CRM by targeting market segments.
• Create awareness and demand by articulating the quality of KOMPAN equipment.
• Prepare sales quotations and basic designs with support.
• Ensure quality communication with customers throughout the sales process.
