Job summary

BBG Ventures, LLC is seeking a Direct Response Performance Marketer to build and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, with full P&L accountability.

The role is results-driven, focusing on measurable revenue, CPA, ROAS, and conversion-rate optimization. You will own the full funnel from ad creative strategy to landing-page optimization and post-purchase flows.

Qualifications

• Experience running paid direct response campaigns for a DTC or ecommerce brand.
• Able to analyze CAC, MER, ROAS and contribution margin, not just a dashboard.
• Can write direct response copy or brief a creative team with winning angles and offers.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok with P&L accountability.
• Build and test direct response ad creative, hooks, scripts, and copy frameworks to drive clicks and conversions.
• Develop and optimize landing pages and advertorials (Zipify, OneClick Upsell, Pagefly) as conversion assets.
• Own email and SMS performance with retention teams to maximize LTV and repeat purchases.
• Analyze data daily and adjust budgets, bids, and creative rotation; maintain dashboards for CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV.
