Job summary

NMSS National Multiple Sclerosis Society seeks a Manager, Response Marketing to run the offline direct response program. You will oversee the agency of record, route campaigns through review, and help grow revenue from individual donors while building a strong donor acquisition pipeline.

Remote-friendly role with collaboration across teams. You will partner with the AVP, Response Marketing and others to drive campaigns, optimize processes, and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of fundraising project management and marketing campaign execution, including managing agencies or vendors.
• Knowledge of revenue generation through mail, email, and digital marketing best practices.
• Strong relationships, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to craft tactical and strategic campaign plans with audience segmentation in mind.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multi-project management.
• 3 years using customer databases for direct marketing fundraising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the offline direct response program and agency relationships.
• Identify opportunities to test and expand offline direct response into new channels and audiences.
• Incorporate internal feedback and edit campaign versions for consistency.
• Support the AVP, Response Marketing with priorities and program needs.
• Build cross-team relationships within Response Marketing and other departments.
• Coordinate production and fulfillment with external partners for timely campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and content for campaigns in collaboration with teams.
