Job summary

Skilled Trades Partners (STP) is seeking an experienced Direct Hire Recruiter for a 100% remote, commission-only role focused on placing skilled trades and construction professionals in permanent positions with our clients. Candidates may work from anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for Eastern or Central Time Zone availability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or direct-hire roles.
• Construction/trades recruiting experience is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing across multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals).
• Excellent communication and follow-up with candidates and clients.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates for direct-hire positions in construction and skilled trades.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Interview and qualify candidates based on experience, compensation, and goals.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage them through interviews to placement.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of skilled trades professionals.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to move placements over the finish line.
