Mee Derby & Company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to place skilled trades and technical professionals on nationwide travel assignments. This 100% remote role offers a base salary of $50,000-$58,000 plus uncapped commission and strong earning potential.

You will source, interview, qualify, and submit candidates for travel projects across the country, focusing on CNC machinists, welders, maintenance technicians, and related roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent, successful recruiting experience.
• Agency/staffing experience in a travel-based or project-based workforce model.
• Proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Experience working against measurable recruiting KPIs.
• Excellent phone interviewing, candidate qualification, and closing skills.
• Previous success working 100% remotely.
• Travel nursing recruiting experience translates especially well.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, qualify, and submit skilled trades and technical candidates for nationwide travel assignments

• Manage high-volume phone, text, email, and social recruiting activity

Technical Recruiter – Skilled Trades Staffing 100% Remote | $50,000-$58,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

MUST HAVE: experience placing technicians/contractors on travel project assignments and redeploying upon project completion.

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing national staffing organization seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to recruit skilled industrial professionals for project-based travel assignments across the country. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven agency recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, metrics-driven environment and wants significant earning potential. Experience in travel staffing, travel nursing, skilled trades, industrial, or project-based staffing is especially valuable.

What You'll Do
