Job summary

FlexTrades is seeking a Technical Recruiter (Skilled Trades) to recruit for CNC Machinists, Welders, Engineers and other roles across the country. The role involves high-volume sourcing, screening and interviewing for project-based work with nationwide travel.

You will manage communications via phone, text, email and social media to build a strong candidate pipeline and meet performance metrics. We provide extensive industry training, a fast-paced environment, and a commission-based earning

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct, recent recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in agency recruiting within travel-based or project-based work.
• Experience working in a 100% remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Create enthusiasm for FlexTrades’ traveling manufacturing trades roles and positions.
• Interview, screen, and submit qualified candidates nationwide.
• Conduct 300+ weekly outreach calls, texts, and emails to build a strong pipeline.
• Meet or exceed 10 hours of recruiting phone time weekly.
• Collaborate with clients and use ATS to fill recruiting orders.
