Qualifications

• 1-2 years of agency recruiting experience in a metrics-driven role.

• Stellar written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make at least 50 outbound calls a day to candidates.
• Conduct daily phone screens to interview candidates.
• Assess and interview candidates for compatibility.
