Employbridge is seeking a Full Desk Recruiter for Skilled Trades/Direct Hire roles working remotely in the U.S. This role emphasizes direct hire and contract placements, serving clients in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction, and related sectors. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and client communication are essential.

Ideal candidates have direct hire experience, CRM/Salesforce familiarity, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and pipelines from a U.S. home base in CT or ET time zones.

Qualifikationen

• Must have experience in direct hire and contract placements.
• Recruitment for direct hire or contract hiring is required.
• Experience recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, field services, maintenance & logistics.

Aufgaben

• Lead client intake calls to uncover needs and discuss process.
• Develop and execute recruiting plans to source top talent.
• Manage multiple sourcing resources to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Screen and interview candidates for direct-hire placement.
• Conduct reference checks as requested by client.
• Ensure consistent flow of candidates to meet production standards.
• Document candidate and client data in CRM and systems.
• Develop plans to generate new business opportunities and place candidates.
• Invoice and coordinate placement processes during guarantee period.
