Job summary

BSI is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager – Digital Trust to maintain and grow relationships with large customers and expand into new accounts across the Americas. You will drive sales of BSI’s Digital Trust portfolio, including information security, privacy, and business continuity services, aligned with ISO norms.

You will lead account planning, meet sales targets, collaborate with global teams, and represent BSI at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of B2B sales experience in information security, privacy, finance, or business continuity.
• 5+ years of solutions sales and business development.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives and manage complex accounts.
• Experience selling audit or assessment solutions preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with large, strategic clients.
• Achieve sales targets by growing existing accounts and pursuing new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams.
• Lead solution development and coordinate internal teams to meet client needs.
• Manage sales forecasting and maintain CRM data.
• Represent BSI at industry events and associations in the US/ Americas.
• Provide high-level contract and relationship management to ensure growth.
