Job summary

BSI is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager – Digital Trust to grow relationships with major clients and expand into new accounts across the US, with a remote-first setup. You will drive sales of the Digital Trust portfolio, including information security, privacy, and business continuity services aligned with ISO standards, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in information security, privacy, financial sector or business continuity sectors.
• At least 5 years of solutions sales and business development experience.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives and manage complex accounts.
• Preferred experience selling audit or assessment solutions in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with large, strategically important clients.
• Achieve sales targets by growing existing accounts and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with BSI’s global marketing, product development, and delivery teams.
• Lead solution development and coordinate internal teams to meet client requirements.
• Manage sales forecasting and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Participate in industry events and associations to promote BSI’s Digital Trust offerings.
• Support sales efforts across the Americas and multi-site account management.
• Provide high-level contract and relationship management to ensure client retention and growth.
