Job summary

Capital Credit Union in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Digital Support Associate to assist digital channel users with troubleshooting and set up, answering questions via phone, chat, or secure message, and helping members navigate digital banking features.

You will handle ticketing, resolve login issues, assist with Bill Pay and Zelle, and promote electronic options and other Credit Union services while maintaining strong member relationships and first-call resolution when possible.

Qualifications

• Strong reading/writing and basic math skills; HS diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with online banking tools, Word/Excel, and email.
• Knowledge of digital banking products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answer member calls and assist via phone, chat, or secure message.
• Use ticketing system for Digital banking, Bill Pay and Zelle issues.
• Assist with logins, statements, and basic account questions.
• Educate members on electronic options and Credit Union services.
• Promote digital banking products and services to members.
• Aim for first-call resolution and strong member relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of products and workflows across departments.
