Whitefish Credit Union is seeking a Digital Services Representative I in Montana to handle inbound calls, determine member needs, and guide them to the right products and services with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will perform teller tasks, assist with online banking enrollment and e-statement setup, and support cross-functional Digital Services activities while protecting member privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, verify caller identity, and address needs.
• Be knowledgeable of Digital Services through cross training.
• Cross-sell online banking and enroll members in online services.
• Perform teller functions (transfers, payments, PIN resets, etc.).
• Monitor loan payoff info and communicate with dealerships/insurers.
• Assist other departments and branches as needed.
