Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking Digital Services Engineers in the US to help customers maintain reliability and performance of complete solutions, addressing technical issues across servers, networks, OS, software, and devices.

You will assist onsite engineers during site commissioning, upgrades, and expansions, and advise customers on new solutions and improvements while ensuring data and infrastructure integrity.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Power Systems, or Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience with PowerSCADA/CitectSCADA, Wonderware, or Power Monitoring Expert.
• Customer service experience and familiarity with server, network, and OS installation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliability and performance of customer solutions and address technical problems across server, network, OS, software or devices.
• Assist onsite engineers with site difficulties during commissioning, upgrades and expansions.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to incorporate customer feedback into future designs.
