Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital adoption, sales enablement, or technical support.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Customer-focused mindset with consultative problem-solving.
• Ability to manage KPIs and reporting in BI and Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel regionally; hybrid work with on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of CE’s digital tools and services across sales teams and partners.
• Provide Salesforce training and support; assist with platform rollouts.
• Act as regional Digital Sales Champion at meetings and advisor for digital initiatives.
• Troubleshoot digital tools for internal and external customers.
• Deliver training on digital platforms to staff and customers.
• Track adoption metrics and campaign results; report to leadership.
• Support sales teams with digital solutions and lead generation.
