Carrier Enterprise has a remote opportunity for a Digital Sales and Solutions Administrator based in Charlotte, NC. This role drives digital adoption across CE and supports internal teams and contractor partners.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive digital adoption and support adoption initiatives.
• Strong communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Experience with KPIs, reporting, and BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver troubleshooting for CE’s digital tools and solutions for internal and external customers.
• Respond to inquiries via CE Digital Support emails.
• Conduct outbound outreach to contractors to drive adoption of CE’s digital tools.
• Support regional Digital Sales and Solutions Champions’ initiatives.
• Create materials with Marketing and Training to promote tool adoption.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees and contractor partners.
• Collaborate with leadership on digital adoption initiatives.
• Promote use of CE’s digital tools across sales teams and partners.
