Remote-friendly with opportunities to work in a hybrid setup. The position reports to the Customer Success Supervisor and requires a college degree or equivalent customer-support experience, plus proficiency in CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task across channels (chat, email, phone) while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-volume support via chat, email, and online requests.
• Understand service offerings to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Document interactions in the CRM/Salesforce system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with orders, forms, and product recommendations.
• Participate in training to stay current on product lines and tools.
