Job summary

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate in New Jersey to sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using the latest digital tools. You will engage CFOs, HR and payroll admins, small business owners, and more as a consultative partner while building your book of business at a leading, tech-driven company with strong sales training.

Daily goals, autonomy, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends await.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience -- teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never-lose mentality can help build relationships and close deals.
