Job summary

ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using digital tools. You’ll serve as a consultative business partner to CFOs, HR and payroll admins across firms from small businesses to Fortune 100.

You’ll have daily goals on dials, talk time, and appointments, plus autonomy and a set Monday–Friday schedule with no travel, including uncapped commissions and promotional opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Experience in B2B or enterprise sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to build relationships with CFOs, HR, payroll admins.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and meet or exceed quarterly targets.
• Identify decision-makers and build a network of prospects.
