Job summary

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using the latest digital tools. You’ll work with CFOs, HR and payroll administrators across Fortune 100s to small businesses, building a book of business with guidance and training from a leading tech company.

Expect daily goals, autonomy, a Monday–Friday schedule with no travel, virtual appointments, and uncapped commission along with incentive trips and promotional opportunities

Qualifications

• College degree is not required; relevant experience appreciated.
• Two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship
• Military experience can help build team and client relationships, negotiation, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business within assigned geography by closing sales and hitting targets.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by targeting decision-makers and business owners.
• Deepen relationships within existing ADP accounts and collaborate daily with internal partners.
