ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate in Tempe, AZ to drive new business and serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, HR leaders, and admins. This role focuses on selling ADP solutions—payroll, tax, HR, and benefits—using the latest digital tools and technology to build a robust book of business.

You'll start with daily goals around dials and appointments, gain autonomy, a set schedule Mon-Fri with no weekends, and enjoy uncapped commissions and opportunities in a stable, respected tech company.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience can be advantageous for relationship-building and resilience.
• A college degree is great but not required; what matters are sales skills and drive.
