Job summary

ADP in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using the latest digital tools. You will serve as a consultative partner to CFOs, HR and Payroll Administrators, and business owners across a range of companies from Fortune 100 to smaller innovators.

Daily goals around dials, talk time, and appointments set provide a strong start.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship, or military experience—teamwork, resilience, negotiation and trust-building.
• Ability to learn new tools and leverage data to aid clients throughout the buying journey.
• Willingness to proactively reach out and manage time professionally while using go-to-market technology.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by closing sales, meeting and exceeding targets within your geography.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients through targeted outreach to decision-makers and business owners.
• Deepen relationships by selling cloud-based HR, payroll, and benefits solutions within existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners while maintaining high ethical standards.
