Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using the latest digital tools.

You will partner with CFOs, HR and Payroll admins, and business owners from Fortune 100 firms to startups, delivering consultative guidance and building your book of business. Expect daily goals around dials, talk time, and appointments with autonomy, a flexible schedule, and a fully remote role with no travel.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Ability to learn new tools and technology quickly.
• College degree not required; relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and reach goals within your geography.
• Build a network and capture new business targeted at decision-makers.
• Cultivate additional business within existing accounts across the ADP family.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners with high ethical standards.
