Job summary

ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits to new and existing clients using the latest digital tools. You will engage CFOs, HR and payroll admins, and small business owners across a wide range of companies, building a consultative partnership and growing your book of business.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never-lose mentality.
• College degree is helpful but not required; relevant experience can substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Sell ADP payroll, tax, HR, and benefits to new and existing clients.
• Consult with CFOs, HR and Payroll admins, and small business owners to build relationships and close deals.
• Grow and manage your book of business with a structured sales approach and defined metrics.
• Act as a trusted advisor and leverage ADP tools and resources to meet goals.
