ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, HR and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using the latest digital tools. You will engage CFOs, HR, and payroll admins across a wide range of companies, building a book of business with autonomy and a focus on ongoing training and advanced technology.

Qualifications

Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage CFOs, HR and payroll admins.
Proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Grow the business by closing sales with new and existing clients in your geography.
Turn prospects into loyal clients through targeted outreach to decision-makers.
Deepen relationships within existing accounts by selling additional cloud-based ADP solutions.
Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners while maintaining high ethical standards.
