C Spire is seeking a Consumer Sales Advocate, Digital, to engage customers via digital conversations across wireless and fiber offerings. You will guide buyers through our digital platforms with clarity and deliver personalized recommendations to drive awareness and loyalty.

In this role you will respond to chats, meet sales targets, and stay informed about products while collaborating with the digital sales team. Remote-friendly with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two years’ business or related work experience in customer service.
• Strong reading and writing comprehension; ability to multi-task in chat.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming chats in alignment with policies for a seamless customer experience.
• Guide customers through digital purchasing journeys with digital-first recommendations.
• Meet and exceed sales, ARPS, protection add-ons, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and monitor competitor offerings.
