Job summary

C Spire in Kentucky is seeking a Consumer Sales Advocate, Voice, to handle inbound calls from current and potential customers, delivering tailored technology solutions and Customer Inspired experiences.

You will play a key role in meeting monthly sales targets for handsets, protection, ARPS, and NPS while understanding each customer's needs and offering personalized recommendations that enhance daily connectivity.

Qualifications

• Two years of business or related work experience in a sales environment where sales goals were met or exceeded.
• High school diploma or recognized equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills.
• A reliable, high-speed internet connection is required.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office programs: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Four-year college degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls from current and potential customers to provide tailored technology solutions.
