Job summary

Mindgruve seeks a Project Manager in Covington, KY to own end-to-end delivery for Creative, Development and Media projects. You’ll build timelines, milestones and tasks in Asana, and keep teams organized and accountable to scope and budget.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, spot risks early, and coach junior staff while maintaining high standards across client work. Local candidates or those open to relocation; some roles may be remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in a digital or creative agency.
• Familiar with Amazon or marketplace workflows helpful.
• Skilled with Asana and other resource tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery for Creative, Development and Media projects.
• Build and maintain timelines, milestones and tasks in Asana.
• Keep teams organized and accountable.
• Partner with Account Managers to track timing, scope and budget.
• Spot risks early and help teams solve issues fast.
• Keep documentation current, including status reports and budget trackers.
