Job summary

Mindgruve, a global digital agency, is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for creative, development, and media projects. You will build timelines and milestones in Asana, keeping teams organized and aligned with scope and budget.

You will partner with Account Managers, spot risks early, and maintain clear documentation. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in digital/creative PM and strong communication and budget management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in a digital or creative agency.
• Familiar with Amazon or marketplace workflows helpful.
• Skilled with Asana and other resource tools.
• Comfortable using Google Suite, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organization and communication.
• Confident leading multiple projects at once.
• Understands scoping, resourcing and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery for Creative, Development and Media projects.
• Build and maintain timelines, milestones and tasks in Asana.
• Keep teams organized and accountable.
• Partner with Account Managers to track timing, scope and budget.
• Spot risks early and help teams solve issues fast.
• Keep documentation current, including status reports and budget trackers.
