Job summary

Mindgruve, a global digital agency, seeks a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery for Creative, Development and Media projects. You’ll build timelines, manage budgets, and keep teams aligned across multiple client engagements, using Asana and collaboration tools.

You’ll work with account managers to track scope and risks, mentor junior staff, and maintain high delivery standards. This role offers opportunities across our US offices, with some roles eligible for remote work and relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in a digital or creative agency.
• Familiar with Amazon or marketplace workflows helpful.
• Skilled with Asana and other resource tools.
• Comfortable using Google Suite, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organization and communication.
• Confident leading multiple projects at once.
• Understands scoping, resourcing and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery for Creative, Development and Media projects
• Build and maintain timelines, milestones and tasks in Asana
• Keep teams organized and accountable
• Partner with Account Managers to track timing, scope and budget
• Spot risks early and help teams solve issues fast
• Keep documentation current, including status reports and budget trackers
