Job summary

Mindgruve is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Resourcing in Covington, KY, to coordinate resources for low-to-mid complexity projects. The role collaborates with account, project and creative leads to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and to forecast freelance talent needs.

It is an internal role with potential vendor interaction and remote work options. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and has 1+ year of resource or project management experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required.
• 1+ years of resource or project management experience in a digital or creative agency.

Responsibilities

• Review project deliverables and assign resources based on project specific requirements.
• Monitor daily in-house bandwidth and resolve timing or capacity bottlenecks.
• Track daily task progress to ensure project milestones are met.
• Collaborate with the Director of Project Management to forecast and secure freelance talent.
• Keep documentation current, including Creative Resource tracker and Advantage training deck.
• Lead weekly resourcing meetings with account, project and creative team leads.
• Motivate team members to complete tasks on time and within budget.
• Assist project management leads in gaining hands-on experience with timeline development, estimating, and budget tracking.
