Job summary

Mindgruve seeks a Project Manager in Covington, KY to own end-to-end delivery for Creative, Development and Media projects. You’ll build timelines, milestones and tasks in Asana, and keep teams organized and accountable to scope and budget.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, spot risks early, and coach junior staff while maintaining high standards across client work. Local candidates or those open to relocation; some roles may be remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in a digital or creative agency.
• Familiar with Amazon or marketplace workflows helpful.
• Skilled with Asana and other resource tools.

The Project Manager owns projects from start to finish, solves problems proactively and anticipates potential issues. This role leads tasks and teams, drives action and ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget and on scope. The Project Manager monitors financials, coaches junior staff and maintains high standards across all client delivery.

What You’ll Do Here

We Need a Person With

• Comfortable using Google Suite, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite


• Strong organization and communication


• Confident leading multiple projects at once


• Understands scoping, resourcing and budgeting

Preferred Skills:

• Skilled in Asana and Google Suite (Parallax a plus)

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

We have six office locations in the US: San Diego, California, Los Angeles, California, Covington, Kentucky, Denver, Colorado, Nashville, Tennessee and Charleston, South Carolina. We're seeking local candidates (or those open to relocation) who are able to work collaboratively with us in one of our office's; however, based on business needs and unique job functions, some roles may be eligible for remote work.
