Ladders is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to drive enterprise planning across multi-year and annual cycles, translating long-range strategy into actionable priorities and aligning funding with execution in a highly technical aerospace and defense context.

The ideal candidate will lead strategic initiatives that advance digital transformation, synthesize complex strategy into clear plans, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver mission-focused outcomes while working remotely

Qualifications

• University degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years in strategic planning, program management, and leadership.
• Experience leading multi-year or annual planning cycles such as LRP, AOP, or SFP.

• Coordinate multi-year and annual planning cycles.
• Translate long-range strategy into annual tactical execution.
• Lead strategic initiatives driving digital transformation.
