Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with partners, distributors, retailers, or channel organizations.
• Experience interacting with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned retail partner accounts and deliver monthly revenue targets.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with partner executives and stakeholders.
• Provide sales guidance and create strategic account plans for growth.
• Support partner readiness for product portfolio, licensing, programs, and training.
• Act as SME on client tools, programs, and processes.
• Monitor market trends to influence partner strategy and planning.
• Accelerate sales through pipeline management and deals progression.
• Conduct partner performance reviews to measure health and opportunities.
• Guide partners through available resources and programs.
• Train partners on processes, tools, and self-service resources.
• Assist with solution readiness including AI tools and collaboration tech.
