You will lead channels from website experience to paid media and analytics, partnering with Sales, ecommerce, and IT to drive growth and improved customer journeys. The role focuses on developing digital plans, optimizing campaigns, and using performance insights to continually improve results.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business objectives into integrated digital plans and campaigns.
• Experience with budgets and using performance data to improve results.
• Strong leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• B2B marketing experience; animal health, veterinary or healthcare sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine and execute digital marketing plans aligned with business priorities.
• Lead digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email and analytics.
• Coordinate with Marketing Services, Brand Engagement, Sales and IT to connect campaigns across customer journeys.
• Establish and monitor digital performance indicators and report on traffic, engagement and conversions.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional partners.
