Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience including strategy and analytics.
• Experience in leading digital campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into integrated digital plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing channels and programs including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email, social media, and analytics.
• Develop digital plans aligned with marketing strategy and business priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand Engagement and IT to connect customer needs with content across the buying journey.
• Monitor performance indicators and use data to optimize campaigns and customer experiences.
• Lead, coach and develop the Digital Marketing team.
