Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. seeks a Director of Digital Marketing to translate marketing strategy into a cohesive digital demand and customer engagement capability. You will lead channels from website experience to analytics, coordinating with Sales, ecommerce and IT to optimize content and campaigns.

The role requires 7+ years in digital marketing, strong leadership, and a track record of improving engagement, conversion and business growth in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, incl. strategy and analytics.
• Experience across digital demand generation, website/content management, SEO/SEM, paid media, email automation and social.
• Experience translating business objectives into integrated digital plans with budgets.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing plans aligned with strategy.
• Lead digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email, social and analytics.
• Partner with Sales, IT, and content teams to drive demand and engagement.
• Set and monitor KPIs, optimize campaigns and report performance to leadership.
• mentor and manage the Digital Marketing team and cross-functional partners.
