Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. seeks a Director of Digital Marketing to translate marketing strategy into an integrated digital demand and engagement capability.

The role leads channels including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email and marketing automation, social media, and analytics, working with Marketing Services, Brand Engagement, Sales, ecommerce and IT to connect customer needs with campaigns across the buying journey. This is a remote position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience across strategy, campaigns, analytics.
• Experience translating business objectives into integrated digital plans and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of web analytics, ad platforms, CRM and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing strategy and integrated campaigns.
• Drive digital customer experience and optimize web content, navigation and usability.
• Plan, execute and optimize paid search, social, email and display campaigns.
• Manage cross-functional partnerships with Sales, ecommerce, IT and Brand Engagement.
• Establish meaningful digital KPIs and report on performance and business impact.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership and optimize campaigns through testing.
