Job summary

LPi, a long-standing community-focused publisher, is seeking a Digital Growth Specialist to drive revenue by securing website sponsorships for its WeConnect sites and LPi's digital products. This role emphasizes new business development, consultative selling, and building a pipeline, with independence and collaboration with Advertising Sales Executives.

You'll work remotely, report to sales leadership, and help churches and local organizations grow their visibility through targeted digital

Qualifications

• Three or more years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline and sales activity.

Responsibilities

• Drive new digital business by prospecting for sponsorships and closing deals.
• Build and qualify a sales pipeline using leads and referrals.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand goals and audiences.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
• Develop advertiser relationships and expand sponsorships.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with colleagues to avoid overlap.
• Meet sales targets and monitor progress with leadership.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across digital inventory.
