Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a Digital Fundraising Strategy Lead to drive strategy, creation, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns supporting peer-to-peer fundraising. This remote role offers flexible location options and access to Heart U for ongoing development.

You will lead cross-channel content, analytics-driven optimization, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors to advance fundraising objectives and donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years minimum in related experience; 5–7 years preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising environments is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of multi-channel digital campaigns to recruit, engage, coach, steward, and retain participants and donors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute innovative digital engagement strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics and insights.
• Produce journey-level, email, and paid media performance reports for stakeholders.
• Manage digital content production including email, ads, video, SMS, and social content.
