Job summary

American Heart Association is seeking a Digital Fundraising Strategy Lead to drive strategy, creation, execution, and optimization of digital communications for peer-to-peer fundraising. This is a remote and flexible location position.

You will lead multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and use analytics to improve engagement, donors, and retention, while aligning with organizational priorities and priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in related digital marketing, fundraising, or campaign management; 5–7 years preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit and fundraising environments is beneficial.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and deployment of multi-channel digital campaigns for peer-to-peer fundraising.
• Create and production digital content including emails, ads, video, audio, SMS, and social content.
• Coordinate campaign development from concept through deployment with approvals and QA.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute innovative digital engagement strategies.
• Manage paid media strategy and campaign performance with agency partners.
• Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
