Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a Digital Fundraising Strategy Lead to drive strategy, content creation, and performance optimization for digital campaigns supporting peer-to-peer fundraising. Work is remote with flexible location; you’ll lead multi-channel campaigns, analyze data, collaborate with teams and vendors, and report on campaign results to boost engagement and donations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience; 5–7 years preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing, digital fundraising, or campaign management.
• Nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Proven ability to build relationships with staff, vendors, volunteers, and partners.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel digital campaigns to support peer-to-peer fundraising programs and events.
• Manage creation and production of digital content: emails, digital ads, video/audio, SMS, social content.
• Coordinate campaign development from concept to deployment with approvals, testing, QA and launch.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to execute innovative digital strategies.
• Manage paid media strategy and campaign performance with agency partners.
