Job summary

Regis Corporation, headquartered in Minneapolis, seeks a Digital Experience & Website Manager for a contract-to-hire role starting as a 6‑month assignment with potential for full‑time employment. You will drive guest experiences across websites, mobile apps, loyalty, and online booking, blending marketing, analytics, and UX optimization.

The ideal candidate will have strong GA4/GTM skills, experience with A/B testing, and the ability to translate analytics into business recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, website strategy and web analytics, digital experience, marketing technology, or related fields.
• Strong experience with GA4, GTM, measurement frameworks, and website performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing optimization of guest experiences across websites, mobile apps, loyalty platforms, and digital journeys.
• Identify friction points and opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and booking completion.
• Develop and manage an experimentation roadmap across websites and apps, including A/B/multivariate testing and personalization.
• Partner with Marketing, IT, and Operations to align digital experiences with business objectives.
• Define and communicate business requirements and expected outcomes for digital initiatives.
